6: Do I need to schedule an appointment for device repair?

D: No appointment is necessary. Just visit our retail store during our business hours, and Anthony, our technician, will book your device into the repair system and begin working on it as soon as possible.

7: Do you provide on-site repair services?

E: No, we do not offer on-site repair services. All repairs are performed at our dedicated repair centre.

8: Do you offer device pickup services?

F: Unfortunately, we do not provide a collection service. Customers are responsible for bringing their faulty devices to our store.

9: Is there an assessment fee?

G: No, all assessments are completely free of charge. After the assessment, we will contact you with a repair quotation, and you will only be charged if you approve the cost.

10: Who will be repairing my device?

H: Repairs are performed by Anthony at Fix My Tech. If an external engineer is required for a specific repair, we will notify you before proceeding.

I: The turnaround time depends on the nature of the repair. Typically, it can take anywhere from 1 to 7 working days. If parts need to be ordered, it may take approximately 3-5 working days for them to
